We will not paint children less than two years of age under ANY circumstances.
A child cannot be held in restraint or otherwise forced to get their faces painted. This should be a magical experience not a traumatizing one.
The client is responsible for informing parents of attending children that there will be a face painter/temporary glitter tattoo artist at the event, and will advise the artist if there are any children that cannot participate.
We are UNABLE to paint anything which is offensive or illegal, nor will we paint anyone who is intoxicated, violent or abusive.
